REQUIREMENTS 

To enroll in the Micro-needling Membership, you must:

• Hold a valid Micro-needling Certification from an accredited training program
• Provide a Copy of your current certificate upon registration
• You must provide proof of MalPractice Insurance
• Agree to operate within your state’s scope of Practice and all applicable regulations
• Be in good standing with no active disciplinary actions
